Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don’t accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are unsatisfied you may return or exchange the item for equal value. Buyer pays return shipping fee and I will take care of the rest. My products are important to me and so is your satisfaction!
I can not be held responsible for packages lost or damaged due to the postal service. If you would like to purchase insurance, please contact me. Contact me prior to purchase to have the amount added to your order. Purchasing insurance will allow for refund in case of loss/damage during transit.
I accept payment via credit and debit card
Payment is due at time of checkout.
Please notice. I don’t make order cancellation.
1.I will ship your order within 10 workdays after receiving your payment. All orders are shipped by Air Mail. I do my best to ship all orders ASAP ^_^
International shipping takes about 3 weeks. Please notce that sometimes it can take a little longer.
If you don’t receive your package after 6 weeks, please contact me and together we will work it out.
All orders will be carefully packed to prevent any damage. Shipping cost always include handling/processing fee as well as suitable and secure packing material for your items (such as padded envelopes, boxes, bubble-wrap etc).
2. If you would like the package to be sent by priority mail please contact me. (Usually Express Mail (EMS): $50 and up)
3. Do confirm the Address and Telephone Number which you leave to me. Telephone Number is very important for the post office could contact with you in time, so please kindly check it carefully to avoid any unnecessary bothers and loss may bring to you.
4. Customers are responsible for any custom fees, import fees, and duty taxes charged by their county. We will do our best to help avoiding or reduce the custom fees by declare the items as “gift”.
If you don’t have any information about your country custom rules, please check with your custom firstly.
5. Make sure your shipping address is correct. If you supply the incorrect address, which causes your package to get returned to me, I will NOT ship it again for free. You will have to pay an extra shipping fee to have it sent again. Or your order minus original shipping fee will be canceled and refunded. So please check your address.
6. NOTICE: During the pandemic international shipping takes more time than usual( 6-12 weeks, sometimes more).
Dear customers, during the pandemic international flights are still not regular and when a parcel’s status is “forwarded to the carrier”, it will be waiting at the airport wharehouse for quite some time. I’m sorry for this inconvenience but during the pandemic international shipping is very slow T_T

- Due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings, the colors shown in the photograph may not correspond 100% to those in the items themselves

Items should be stored out of direct sunlight, should not be subject to perfumes, or hair products so put them on last when getting ready. Findings will tarnish over time and may be gently polished with a soft cloth but never cleaned with harsh chemicals. Items should also not be worn while in the shower, pool, bathing, working out, washing hands or dishes etc.
