1. I will ship your order within 3 workdays after receiving your payment. I always do my best to send every order ASAP ^_^
All orders are shipped from Georgia via registered airmail.
International shipping usually takes about 2-4 weeks. During high season and other busy periods, delivery may take a little longer. If you have not received your package after 6 weeks, please contact me and I will help you work it out.
Every order is packed with care to help prevent damage during transit. Shipping costs include handling, processing, and secure packing materials such as padded envelopes, boxes, and bubble wrap.
2. If you would like priority shipping, please contact me before placing your order.
Express Mail: $60 and up
3. Please check the shipping address and telephone number you provide carefully. Your telephone number is important so that the post office can contact you if needed.
4. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. If an incorrect address causes a package to be returned to me, I cannot resend it for free. You may pay an additional shipping fee to have it sent again, or the order may be cancelled and refunded minus the original shipping fee.

If you are unsatisfied with your item for any reason, you may return it or exchange it for an item of equal value. The buyer pays the return shipping fee, and I will take care of the rest. Your happiness matters to me very much! *^_^*
I cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged by the postal service. If you would like to purchase insurance, please contact me before placing your order.
Insurance can be added to your order before purchase and allows for a refund in case of loss or damage during transit.

❤ Dolly House Jewellery Care
Please store your jewellery away from direct sunlight. Avoid perfumes and hair products, and put your accessories on last when getting ready.
Findings may naturally tarnish over time and can be gently polished with a soft cloth. Never use harsh chemicals.
Please do not wear your jewellery in the shower, pool, bath, while working out, or while washing your hands or dishes.
